PIP not changing to payment link

Deadline crossed.

I think the deadline for payment link is 28th of the following month.

But its 29th morning here and no payment link yet.

I got the PIP on 25th may.

Is it normal? Its my first PIP.

Is it because of the currency exchange rate issue?
