AdSense help ever replies?

I wrote them a mail 3 days ago. They sent me too much money and I am not sure why.
Do they ever reply?

For me it has taken from 1 day up to a week for them to respond. Be patient.

In some case it took them 2-3 days.
In your case, maybe they didn't think you are serious...

past 2 weeks, its taken about 24 hours for a response, but i keep communicating with the same person, when ever i have new question, i just reply to the last email she sent.

I think the speed of reply often varies on the question. I.E. if it's a fairly simple question the person the other end can answer such as general clarification of TOS in certain instances then the reply is fairly quick. If it requires some research, or reference to a superior at Adsense support then that seems to take longer. Just be patient!

I have experienced variences from a couple of hours to a week.
They will eventually respond which is more than I can say for Chitika.

same here - takes about 2-5 days
they ALWAYS replied.
