The two non-standard vars used in the AdSense script from this site where google_keywords_url and google_kw_type.
Searching for these with Google, WebmasterWorld shows up as the one and only result. However, that thread is locked.
I now wonder if anyone could help to shed some light on these variables?
The site where I saw them used (a European hotornot type of site), displays the AdSense code in a separate frame, and also used a javascript to populate the google_keywords_url var depending on the language version of the browser, number on clicks on the site, and the source of referral. All built with quite high-paying keywords, that are actually quite far from visible on the site, but most probably very profitable considering the site's audience.
google_kw_type is directly linked with google_kw and google_hints, and is attribute to specify keywords, rather than using content targetting.
I'm pretty sure google only gives these functions to premium publishers. I use them myself, but what I do differently is use PHP to randomly select some keywords on each pageload.
