Does anyone have a viable Adsense alternative? I love Adsense and I am totally impressed but I believe in putting your eggs in different baskets. (I just cashed my first check. $7900!)I registered for the beta Yahoo program but they sent me an email saying that it is not yet ready. Ideas?

Thanks,

Matt

That much for the first check? You must already have a well established site.

Does anyone have a viable Adsense alternative

There is no other Google.

Enough advertisiers
Enough ads for every small niche
Targeting technic

All this makes the lead of AdSense

7900$is a pretty good amount in first time .i mean did u make it from one site or r u with more than one sites.and as fro difernt alternatives you are very correct to say that you should not put all eggs in one basket .u should try your hands in affiliate marketing which even generatesa good source of income.for taht u need to sign up with differnt merchants and propote their products thru webiste ,email campaign or google adwords.it can generate more return in smller time.i hope this satisfies you.infact there are various other alternatives of making money online.will get to taht soon.

Well, that first check represented about 3 months worth of pay. There was a glitch with the pin code and it took awhile to get paid but they delivered. I am making about $100. per day right now though the last few days it has been more. I love the program because there is no customer support with this. You are selling clicks. Very clean. My sites are about 26,000-35,000 Alexa rating.

Thanks,

Matt

There's not really and alternative that's as easy, reliable and high paying as AdSense.

Maybe you can try Chitika (not everyone has good experiences with them but they always pay me on time and although their CPC dropped dramatically they still make me a lot of money) or affiliate programs.

quickregister, nonetheless, very impressive, even for 3 months! So is your site well established?

I am experimenting with CJ for a while now, but I donīt think they pay as well as Adsense...

What do you think about Miva (ex findwhat), 7search and Overture?

I'm using Fastclick, Bidvertiser and Cbprosense (which works with the ClickBank affiliate program – paying up to 60% commission per sale). Getting good results with Cbprosense and have been replacing adsense on sites with poor ecpm.

Not happy with adsense lately, March was a shocker, April looks even worse. Seriously experimenting with the alternatives myself. I’m down with adsense from an average of $80 p/day to less then $42 p/day. The downturn started around the end of Feb and downhill since with no recovery in sight....tired of blocking MFA ads, ecpm is really bad for me lately so i'm removing more and more channels.

CJ's affiliate sale tracking is a hit and miss affair lately. Viewers who have kazza installed (which install some sort of spyware app) hit a dead end page "page not found" when they click CJ links.

I also hear many vendors are dumping the CJ aff program and starting their own. Used to get good results with CJ in the past....hardly any sales nowadays (same products, same keywords, same viewers same number of daily clicks minus the sales)....go figure.

Maybe you can try Chitika

Chitika is a waste of time if you ask me...unless you are happy with making 30 cents per day and a CTR of less then 0.02...

Anybody has success with Adbrite or Clickshare? How does it compare with Adsense or even Fastclick and Bidvertiser which someone mentioned above.

I am kicked out of Adsense for click fraud. Looking for alternatives.

Thanks

Never tried ClickShare, BrietAds are OK, click payouts are low most of the time, but good pool of advertisers. It also seems to not work with forums...i was getting blank spaces when i tried them over one of my forums, email support is hopeless.
