However, if you're like me you will be too scared to ask Google to boot them out of the AdSense system. Common sense says that if they realise you are the snitch, they will go click fraud crazy on your site.
I've tried emailing the offending sites but no luck. The best solution for me would be to allow them their AdSense account but drop their sites out of the Google index.
I'm looking for some suggestions
Thanks
Dude, what planet are you from? Have you figured out what kind of staff they would need to answer every complaint from all over the world?

I probably wouldn't specifically direct Google to perform any type of action. However, there is nothing wrong with informing them about another site stealing your content.

It would be difficult for them to determine if you're the snitch. Even if they do, Google can track their fraudulent clicks.
How long did Google take to respond? I sent a complaint on 23rd March '06 about an AdWords advertiser stealing my content and I have not received a reply yet
It depends. Your case sounds like one that Google has to investigate, compare account content, etc. It was only 8 days ago, and I would give them at least ten days to respond to any inquiry. (Although they usually respond a lot quicker!)
Google knows who is the thief & does punish offenders by banning them.
Google knows there are some greedy webmasters who steal content using a copier or other means. They are watching.
Inform google if anyone steals your content, don't give them a chance.
You need to send adsense a DMCA - it can be faxed.
[google.com...]
"Google will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers."
It's not Google's job and it's not within their power to be the police of the Internet. A DMCA complaint to them is appropriate if the site has stolen content from you, but if you really want the site shut down and not merely removed from Google's index, you have to go after the site's web host with the legal complaint.
I gave it that title because....people who pay their rent from AdSense worry about losing their account.
No contract from Google to protect us!
I am skeptical that such attacks are likely to work.
and no doubt you will remain sceptical until it happens to you.
it hasn't happened to me but i am not sceptical, i am sure some people have been victimised like this...we live on a sick planet with a lot of twisted psychos....time to recognise that and deal with it if possible.
