I dont think so as long as someone complaints about your site to G guyz or the review team thinks that you are violating

so keep running the site as long as no one complains, if someone does, then be prepared to give a valid reasons

But G people dont ask for reasons. We cant make explanations as their is no provision for it. Google just deactivates the account. We cant do anything in such a situation. I have seen people crying and sending tons of mails to G, but in most of the cases they dont get any reply. So i suggest reading TOS one more time.

If your site is seen as promoting copyright violations, then it could be banned.

I agree with nonni. I don't know exactly what you are planning (or anything about Rapidshare), but this sounds like a level of file sharing that would be dubious if not downright illegal, and would be very likely to get you in trouble.

Why not ask AdSense Support?

Just dont go overboard. I see hundreds of sites all the time that are breaking the copyright law and they have adsense on there all the time.

hm yea I personally know many webmasters who run such sites having links to softwares, although they dont host any software but they do have links to cracks uploaded on free servers like rapidshare and many more (eh! they are too many these days) they are running ads and big thing is, getting good clicks , good impressions than a average site, and ofcourse some good earnings too.

I don't think G is interested to waste their time on such sites, if there are software advertisers then there is a need of site which may deal with software reviews/downloads or anything related to them, so that the software ads can be displayed on them.

don't know what G thinks on it
wat u say

My belief has always been "there could be 10 people jaywalking on the same street corner and I would be the one got the ticket.

If you don't mind getting a 'ticket' (banning) and willing to risk it, then do like the thundering herd does....just don't get run over in the stampede!
