2.I am trying to build a site.
what are the positives or minuses of having
.adsense
.amazon

To finish off with as i am newbie what the hell is MFA :(
best regards and thanks in advance to all :)
You didn't mention CJ, are you looking into them as well?
That's because even if AdSense won't ban the site, traffic will be hard to come by because most search engines will simply ignore the site and spit it out as duplicate content. You will spend more money buying traffic than it would be to spend time to make sure you have unique content.
If you see plenty of those sites turning to Yahoo! it may very well be that folks buy in, get frustrated at the lack of traffic, and start clicking their own ads. As you can gather, Google is not very forgiving on that front and it becomes part of your permanent record with Google. Check out the cheap sites for template design ideas if you must, but going the carbon copy route will pretty much reap what you sow.
In short, take the time to do it right the first time because with Google you only have one shot at making that first impression.
Good stuff.
I do want to get it right with my own content etc and frown on any spam myself...that is why it was bothering me to why anyone would buy these sites when everyone else would have them, and the search engines would pass them as duplicates..shooting your own foot in a sense.
I know it,s not funy but I can imagine the owners re-yahoo.
Not saying it's a good or bad thing, just thought I'd mention it.
