It would be a worthwhile endeavor if Google would develope a better system for handling these situations.
First, if banning your site is being considered by Google, they could notify you, and tell you what the offenses are. They could immediately discontinue paying for clicks on your site until you bring your site into compliance. A time table could be set up to become compliant.
Second, as it stands now, if your site is banned, you have no recourse, whether you're at fault, or someone else.
There should be a system in place, listing steps to be followed as to what you need to do to have the ban lifted. If your site is in total non-compliance, they could tell you that your site cannot be reinstated as it exists. If you the victim of someone else's click fraud, you should be able to present your case to them, showing server logs, etc.
Google AdSense can represent a significant amount of income to publishers. To cut them off without notice, give them no recourse, or no opportunity to fix problems is unfair. Most AdSense publishers want to work within the rules, and most would adjust their sites to come into compliance if given half a chance.
...their demand and on time was not something suitable for me.
Well guess what Mansi_Khan, figuring out the needs of AdSense is a demand on your time too. You seem to have plenty of time for complaining, accusing others of racism and making lame excuses. I think you should take your role as a student more seriously and study up on AdSense instead of blaming others for your problems.
"I could argue that you might have been better off providing web page creation services rather than creating pages to place AdSense on"Well since you DONT know me , you cant argue what is good or best for me. Infact if you had any sense of logic , you would have realised that creating pages with adsense on it WAS best for.
This was good advice from gregbo, Mansi_Khan, don't take it personally in a negative way.
Adsense was never intended to be a business base. True, it turned out to be the best income option for many publishers, but again, one's business plan should not be driven on Adsense in the centre.
Using your expressions: You don't build your dreams based on Adsense. Instead, build your site based on your dreams.
I suspect that a bigger risk for many publishers is what the reviewer will see when looking at the site. Let's look at two hypothetical examples:1) A site with content of intrinsic value that would have reason to exist without AdSense.
2) An obviously "made for AdSense" site with little or no value besides the ads.
Which site do you think would have the better chance of passing the "sniff test"? And which site do you think would be less likely to receive the benefit of the doubt?
Clearly, #1 is less likely to get booted than #2.
What I'm trying to point out in general is that if G's modus operandi is to protect the advertiser above all else, the more suspicion a site arouses, the more likely it will be booted.
Well since you DONT know me , you cant argue what is good or best for me. Infact if you had any sense of logic , you would have realised that creating pages with adsense on it WAS best for.
Apparently, it wasn't such a good idea ...
I stated that i am a Student. Therefore i cant devoute full time to web-designing. Henceforth, it would be really difficult to take the demands of ppl and create content for them since there is no knowing when you are busy or engrossed in your studies.
Lots of people, myself included, worked at least part-time while in school to support themselves. If it isn't even possible for you to work part-time, perhaps you need to save up some money in advance (or borrow some) so you don't have to work while you're in school.
At any rate, I'll just reiterate my original point. You need to decide what is the best way to spend your time: making money from AdSense or doing something else. If you insist that making money from AdSense is the best way to support your goals, you must be prepared to accept any and all consequences of doing business with AdSense. AdSense is not guaranteed income. (Nothing is, but quite a few things are less risky than AdSense.)
I noticed one odd element after reading most this thread.
"I had made 355+ html pages all manually edited in around 5 days."
mmmmm..... I think that kind of ramp-up would give anyone a reason for pause.
Small, even ever evolving, sucessful steps is the key to providing a stable productive atmosphere for the advertisers and not having lightning strike you.
I, personally, do not like spinning my wheels while trying to change some hard head into an understanding, thinking human being who is willing to lay prejudice aside and learn from his or her life experiences. Or then he/she could be a troll.
Something is bad in this scenario:
Jan-- opens new site
Feb-- earns 99.00
March-- No clicks and banning.
Hmmmm
So the basic point is, Google needs to develop atleast something so that those innocent people can prove themselves that it wasnt their fault or anything.
just something...dont u think?
because at present, many persons run their sites under this so called ban phobia.
its bad. a person cannot work under a fear
he cannot put his best to his sites till the fear lasts.
If any Google person reading this :), I hope you develop something for those innocent persons who get kick for nothing.
Thank you.
The problem, as I'm sure that you now understand, is that most of the people coming here claiming to have been wronged by Google are, so far as we can tell, guilty as hell.
These people may even have convinced themselves that they are innocent, but that is irrelevant.
Now, none of this says that *you* are guilty, but it makes it very hard for us (and G) to separate the wheat from the chaff.
Probably you need to switch to a different network for a while and try G again some other day. Most of the petty theives are not patient nor polite I expect; you can distinguish yourself from them by being so with G. Throwing accusations of racism into the mix will not help your cause and is almost certainly wrong.
If it makes you feel any better, I was a ValueClick publisher once (very poor pay rates, BTW, compared to G!) when out of the blue they closed my account. I still don't know why. While I was looking for alternatives I found G and have been happy with them.
These things happen, unfortunately.

"making lame excuses" - Excuses for what? Justifying myself...?
"seem to have plenty of time for complaining" - Well seeing as such, the topic itself states the reason to ponder over the banning process of adsense. Now if i do say that it is an unjust process, and if you take it as a 'complain', i am doing nothing but complying with the topic. Forgive me if i over-critisized your ever-kind, beneficient and just 'boss'.
"should take your role as a student more seriously and study up on AdSense " - First of all , you are not the only the one who knows or understands adsense. I have read each and every policy of it and understand it well. I knw and fully understand its concepts and the mechanism by which it is powered. And that above all left me baffled, when i was banned for my 'clean and their policy-targetted'. Anybody who still beleives that my site WASNT in compliance can tell me, and i would be happy to msg him/her my site's address.
"instead of blaming others for your problems" - When did i ever blame anybody for my problems? Except google i.e. I am just discussing a general issue which concerns all adserners.
Please when you make comments such as these, support them with examples, otherwise refrain so.
And dont take this personally, i am just rectifying the accusatations you labelled on me.
