I am defineing the quality attributes, which I should maintain. Here is the list of them, if anybody can provide value addition it will help all of us.
1. Do not do the copy past of available contents.
2. Provide good size of information.
3. Target the high valu keywords in page title and file name.
4. Do not use the dynamic website.
SHEEESH!
Exactly what I was trying to say, but more succinct and forceful.
Many forums in particular have add-ons so that a dynamic site can appear to be made up of static html pages with no parameters. This is great for search engines and probably better for AdSense as well.
Anyway I think what most people are trying to tell you is to forget about chasing the whales (high-CPC ads). In the long run you have a lot more options and more security if you have a busy site with an average CPC, as opposed to a site with little traffic but a high CPC.
The search engines have limited quota of webpages indexing for dynamic sites. The search engines index static pages more frequntly and allocate more space to it in their system.
Google "mod rewrite" and/or "url rewriting".
I have a dynamic site with 1,5 million pages indexed in google. Your point is not valid.
A few issues with these points:
2. You want them to click on an Ad? Well why should they if you provide the info on your site?
3. Yes, I agree there is a lot of money in "high profile" keywords, but, there is more in low profile keywords. Play the 80-20 rule, and take the 20 that is easy Vs the 80 that has a lot of competition.
4. What the heck is wrong with dynamic websites? They are absolutely essential to success these days unless you happen to own a cornerstone of the Internet.
>I have proof, that dynamic web sites crash under such a load.
That is not an issue with dynamic web sites, it is an issue with your hosting provider. If you need the ability to respond to rapid bursts of activity generated by TV or other advertising then you should have found a suitable host beforehand ;)
Imagine Your site is mentioned in TV and many people want to visit in a short time.I have proof, that dynamic web sites crash under such a load.
I hate to burst your bubble but even a 100% static site can crater under the load.
If you don't believe me, sticky me your URL and I'll aim a few load/stress testing tools at your box and watch it go down in flames. Obviously my site would go down before a static site, but I can can also set up multiple front-end servers load balanced to hand the situation.
Luckily I'm currently not using ASP or PHP so it'll stay up a lot longer than most.
Just a matter of how much hardware you want to throw at a problem, but it can be done.
