AdSense cheques for October earnings have arrived!

Remember that the checks come from the USA and it is the Christmas season. December mail is so overloaded in the USA with Christmas cards, packages, and general holiday greetings that most mail is very slow in getting through the system. I assume there is somewhat of a similiar effect in some other areas of the world.

We just got our October check yesterday here in the Pacific Northwest part of the USA.

You only got your October cheque yesterday and you're in America. I got mine last Wednesday, paid it into the bank and had it cleared that day too - and I'm in England! Now I know not to expect my November cheque tomorrow as it'll probably be delayed by the Christmas post.

A lot of the checks were not mailed until Dec. 15 (see earlier posts), so it's not unusual for people in the U.S. to have just received them in the past day or two and for those outside the U.S. to receive them next week.

The whole reason why Google sent the November checks so early is because they know we wont' receive them until the end of January:)

I just got my check in Serbia&Montenegro today.
Check was sent on 15th December.

Hooray! The postman came extremely late today, but he was excused since he actually brought my cheque.

Poststamped New York, NY Dec 11, 2003.
Delivered in Stockholm, Sweden 11 days after, on Dec 22.

I received the check for Oct. yesterday and now i realized that it takes about 45 to 60 days to reach India (though it is posted on 9th received on 22nd here but the earning is for Oct. so i would count 45 to 60)

opps! missed the 20 days which my bank takes in remittance. So count it 65-80 days for getting hardcash on your hand from google in India.

I received the October check today here in the Philippines. It was postmarked Dec. 11 from New York.

I haven't received my October cheque yet - in Wellington, NZ.

In general the cheque was here at the same time reports from Europe appeared in the board. Not this month.

It's now 28/12 and no cheque :( I understand we have the Xmas Day, Boxing Day and our NZ Post is probably one of the busiest (in %) - because of some many ex-pats kiwis overseas. Let's see during the (yet another) short week before New Year.
