channels question

I just made channels of every page in my website. An hour later, after I received some page impressions, but no clicks, it gives me a report similar to this:

mydomainname.com, 11
mydomainname.com/articles 11
mydomainname.com/articles/article1.html 1
mydomainname.com/articles/article2.html 1
mydomainname.com/articles/article3.html 1

Total 25
Average 5

If you type mydomainname.com/articles, you get a page that "You are not authorized to View this page" as there is no page there. It's just a directory. So it seems like the 11 page impressions I got for mydomainname.com and the 11 page impressions I got for mydomainname.com/articles are the same 11. But under that, there were only 3 clicks for articles. It seems to me that there should be 11 clicks there too, since the mydommaniname.com and mydomainname.com/articles are just directories.

But why would they add the same page impressions together? This gives me a false impression that I actually generated 25 page impressions, when there were only 3, or possibly 11, but I don't know where the additional 8 came from?

yes it is cumulative ...

if you go to advanced report it will give you kind of fake number .

let say you have those channels

domain 15$
domain/a 5$
domain/b 10$

in the total you will see 30$(the sum) instead of 15 $ ...

this is what i get , but when you go check
Today's Earnings: xx.xx this is the real number

same goes to page impression and clicks ...
