does payment in progrss mean your in the clear?

I just got my first PIP here in Vancouver, B.C I started adsense beining on Jan. So am I in the clear or I still have to wait for "payment" to appear before I know for sure that I will get paid.

"In the clear"? What are you worried about?

For what it's worth, accounts that are due for their first payment seem to be audited in the third week of the month, prior to payments being issued--if you were to be banned before the payment was issued, you'd probably already know.

I guess until I get my first check I wont know for sure if big G approves of my sites and traffic. if what you say is correct, the fact that I've got pip is a good sign. I might be also slightly paranoid after reading all the messages about banning and stuff :)

Payment in Progress means that your account balance is being audited and you will probably get banned. *lol*
