Why such low earnings? Is it supposed to be at least 0.01 per click?

This all depends on a lot of stuff... Some of these 16 clicks could have been PSA leftovers from the day before, Google often charges clicks a day later. And remember advertisers pay a minimum of 1 cent. That doesn't mean Google pays you a minimum of 1 cent. And then it is possible that certain PSA's have been displayed in specific countries or on specific days, and you don't see them while browsing your site. Etcetera, etcetera...
But stay on track, next thing you know you will be posting "Got a $ 5,- click!"
