Adsense and blogs is it worth it anymore?

Can you still make a few dollars with blogs?

Hi all I am rather new here and have been lurking and reading for a bit.

My question is do any of you think it is still possible to make a living from Adsense using blogs? To be specific Blogger?

Call me crazy but I donating time to help a few Non Profits make some $$ to help fund their missions, one of the ways I am discussing with them is setting up blogs about their organizations and putting AS on them.

Have I lost my mind or perhaps I am behind the curve?

Reguardless AS or not I know it is important to get the message out to the world about the NP mission and blogs will help with that.

Any thoughts?

You can make money off blogs if people actually go and read them. A blog is no different than any other site, if you have good content and people come to the site, you'll make money.
