Jump in CTR

Hey guys,

our website CTR jumped from an average of 2.5%-3% to 10%-11% in the last 24 hours, traffic has been higher then usual for a sunday, but nothing out of the ordinary, we also have not changed the site layout for 2 months, could this be click fraud? should we ask google about it?

Does it say in the TOS that it's our responsibility to contact Google about click fraud? If it does not, I would say it's Google's problem.
