Don't mind ecpm. The important thing is your overall earnings.

My page impresses is steady ,and Ctr too.When Ecpm went down ,then my earnings went down;when ecpm went up ,then my eagrings went up.

I think it's the other way around. Your ecpm is low because your earning is low. If you manage to get higher ctr and are lucky to have better epc, your ernings will go up and so the ecpm.

Your site may not be suited to the Adsense program -- not every site is. I suggest that you start testing affiliate programs and see how they perform.
