Adsense working for you?

I've just finished my first week with adsense and the ads
have all been on target, but the click through has only been
.5%. I know it is early day's, but it would appear my well
targeted clients are not interested ;~))

Its early days yet. Although AdSense started working for me right away :) I have been seeing good click through rates. Do you find your Ads are related enough?

I am starting to see patterns throughout the week. Saturday's are my best day by far. Is anyone else seeing better results on a Saturday?

I think it's just a bit too new to come up with any trend on my end. Last week Wednesday was my best day.

Depends what your web site(s) are about. Saturday is the worst day of the week for travel sites

As I understand it percentage clicking through is not in itself the Holy Grail. Money earned is the goal.

In other words 0.5% clicking through and you earning $2 a click, is better than a 5% click through and you getting $.05 per click

I find that with my site that traffic is very consistant
all week with a slight increase on monday and tuesday.
Daily traffic peaks from 9:00-11:30 pm. My clicks are not anywhere near $2.00 ;~((

I run a number of travel sites and (adsense aside) have always found Saturday to be the second worst day, with Sunday marginally worse.
