I am a Non-US Citizen living in the US legally with a work visa. I don't own a server or have employees.
I do rent a shared host and have 1 computer.
I have websites that generate a couple bucks.
What kind of form should I fill?
I went throught the google tax wizard and couldn't find one that actually applies to my case.
Anybody in the same situation?
Any ideas?

I can't hire an accountant. What they wil charge will be more than what I actually make from those sites.

Thanks.

Do they also make a 1099 when paying international affiliates? I mean, for the case I want to keep my name as the payee but put my address at my home country.

No problem , just apply for adsense with your home country address. They may most likely ask for a W-8 form (W-9 like form but for foreign nationals)

They dont have to give 1099 for foreign nationals . But if you dont submit a W-8 form they have to withhold 30% of your payments as per IRS regulations

Where have you been? Do a site search [webmasterworld.com] or Google site search [google.com]. You will get tons of info.

>I want to change my address
[google.com...]

Also, Try reading:- Adsense FAQ [google.com], TOS [google.com],and Policies [google.com].

No...but if you go to the tax tab within Adsense it does mention if you've completed the form.
