Confused by TOS

I have a 468x60 banner after the article title, before the first paragraph. so it looks something like:

...
<div id="content">
<h1>article title</h1>
<div class="ad">
468x60 code
</div>
<p>content here...
...</p>
</div>

I've blended the ad so that it fits in with my site, border is the same colour as page background et cetera.

I've seen this done on many other sites, don't think I'm doing anything against TOS, to be on the safe side I've added a light coloured border to the top and bottom of the <div class="ad"> to look similar to <hr />'s.

To clarify, you are welcome to choose a border color that matches the background of your site. We actually recommend blending ads into the content of your site to improve revenue potential. :)
