A nomad might pass and buy your produce
But the next day your sales might reduce
Cause in the desert there ain't many prospects
Just lots of irritating little insects.
To have a viable business you'll have to move
To somewhere that your nerves will sooth;
That is, a place heavily populated, with lots of sun,
Where loads of sales of ice creams will be done
A visitor here or a visitor there
Will take you stats up, down and nowhere.
Of real concern is the traffic dearth
Which shows your site is hardly beyond birth.
My earnings once dropped by over $200
But I didn't sweat in any of my collars.
The more traffic you have the bigger your swing
Though you can never be certain of a single thing.
When the amounts are that small, the numbers of clicksa are small, and changes of that order can fall within totally random fluctuations.
I thought you realized that and were winding people up. Since you didn't, I'll just say, you really don't need to worry about a change like that.
On my site, early in the day, I may see 0 earnings. I may see a few dollars. But that's not predictive of the rest of the day, or the rest of the week.
I suggest, quite seriously, that you look at the data on your site in chunks of a week or longer, which will help to smooth out the variations that are just chance.
Even if you increase your best days to 10 times what you have now, you will still see fluctuations that put you close to zero.
As you get more traffic though, you will see things become more stable. Your range of variation might be the same, but when seeing stats and seeing your revenue range from $100-$110 a day instead of $0 to $5 a day is a big difference mentally.
If you are concerning yourself with the difference between .37 and .00 you will have a tough time as you grow. Trust me though, if you keep working at it you will look back and laugh at having worrieed about this.
A good start would be reading WW's requirements of titles. "What happened?" gets people drawn into a thread they would normally not dream of visiting. Please take the time and trouble to title your threads appropriately and save everyone entering your thread just to find out what it's about. Thanks.
I understand when you are starting out a drop from $00.37 to 00.00 seems like a very big drop
many webmasters here forget the first time they earned anything from thier web business and how exhilerating it was and also how bad it felt to earn nothing the next day
So here goes with the amount of traffic generated to earn 37cents as others have said the traffic is not enough to say each day you will earn the same amount statistically. Try to look at it weekly or monthly and if your overall earnings increase from 1 month to the next you are succeeding in improving your business
There are times when webmasters see a click worth $5.00 they are few and far between so you can not take it that all clicks will be worth $5.00 also there are times when 20% of your visitors may click on an add
You must try to take a longer view and the more traffic you have the less deviation should occur .
Congrats on your 37 cents and I hope it continues to grow and if you have 4 days with no earnings it does not mean anything except a standard exceptable deviation
