Having Best Month Ever!

I just wanted to say thanks to all of the veteran webmasters here. I've read practically every post that's been written in the last couple of years, and have implemented a great deal of your advice.

The result: My income has climbed steadily over the last several months. November is going to be my best ever, as I take in nearly $800 from Adsense.

I know it's not much, compared to the real pros, but I have a full time job, two kids and a golf habit, so I don't dedicate as much time as I could.

But I'm pleased with the results and wanted to say thanks to all who have helped by posting their hard earned wisdom.

I would like also to thank webmasterwold and its members for helping everyone here. My company decided to scrap the usual end of year bonus for all the staffs... everybody freaked out. I just smiled. Well, I'll be receiving my best bonus ever... from adsense. And that is four times my dayjob salary.

I owed this success to ww and all the members who contributed great information that I learned and implemented to earn a living online.

Well we are in ecommerce! but still owe the success we have had so far(we are hiring not firing!) to WW and all the contributors.
Next year we will look at adsense as well,if you have left anything for us to have.

November started very weak,
but is very strong at the end.

Good for you jretzter! I am also having the best month ever. My November earnings are twice that of October which were twice that of September... Seeing a trend? This in partly due to new content but also due to the wealth of info found in this forum. Info that has enabled me to triple my CTR on 3 of my sites.

While I think it's great that Adsense has provided independent publishers with a revenue stream for their content, remember:

Without the eCommerce sites, the majority of that adsense revenue would not exist... :)

Here's to the continued increase and success of "Commerce" on the web, both publisher and merchant...

Just to add to the encouragement and thanks...
I've been running adsense since the beginning in 2003. Last month I hit $1000 for the first time, and this month it looks like I am going to hit $1500. A major reason for the boost is that the last google update in mid October gave me high ranking for some of my better paying pages. I hope it lasts.

I don't know what this thread has to do with smartpricing or what it proves or disproves about smartpricing. $800 is about $26 a day and I'm not sure that an account that size will reveal any statistically significant information about smartpricing. Besides, allegations about smartpricing published at Jen's blog and elsewhere are very specific - like one site bringing a whole account down.

Thank you WW! Everyone's posts here have made a massive difference for my company! Even obnoxious 'Ogletree' has helped me!

I quit my day job ten years ago this month. I survived the dot com bust. Our Adsense revenue has climbed every month since Google introduced Adsense. We climbed about 1.5% in November. That doesn't sound like much but that is based on our current five figure monthly Adsense revenue. Our biggest one month gain was in the beginning at around 50%. Since then our monthly gain has ranged from 1.4 % to 12%. The average gain has been around 2%. Very steady and consistent.

Best month so far here too. Traffic is way up and I noticed my steady advertisers are hanging in up until the last day of Nov. Heck, I made 100 bucks off of Google search this month :-) Hope Dec. is even better!

It has been a good month, I started in June and each month has been better than the last. Final total was $590 for November. Okay, not quite enough to live on and quit my job, but I'm working on that...

As I'm sure you all know, its not free money - you have to work for it and sometimes work quite hard, but it is oh so much more satisfying!

I've had 40% increases month after month, except this month. November came out at about $420, but October was $480.

CPM has gone up, however, but traffic coming from Google to my sites dropped a little, which probably explains it :) Getting that traffic is sure the hard part..

My goal was $300 for November, and I ended up with $288. I am very happy with that number. In October my websites earned $200, and September it was $88. So, as you can tell, my numbers are certainly going in the right direction. My goal for December is $400. When I checked my stats this morning, I had $4.44 in my balance, only 395.56 to go to make my goal!
