Remove the borders and blend your ads into your site design. Wrap the ads in content if you can.

If you can't easily blend the ads into your design, then really make them stand out. I personally find that if the ads are primary colors on my site that they get clicked more. If I try and blend the ads on my site that they get clicked less.

is all you need actualy.. he's right :) just need to keep an eye on things, if your getting clicks on poor paying channels, remove the channel more clicks in your higher paying hehe :D ... and you also realise that

1 ad block high pay
2 ad block less pay
3 ad block worse pay
