I only use adsense in my sites. You always advise poeple to not rely totally on adsense, so I'm looking for a company to serve flash banner ads at top. Which good ones do you recommend? I need one where I can choose which ads to serve, as my sites are child-safe type.

I know all this You should diversify income,
but it's not suitable for my sites.

I tested Amazon and Chitika as PSA replacement.
But eCPM in both cases extrem low.

Chitika much better than Amazon, but still far from AdSense.

Since Chitika delivers not in German,
I use now own ads as PSA replacement.

The purpose of the own ads is only to redistribute visitors over my onw sites and to lead them to my RSS news feeds.

Fast Click for eCpm. Commission Junction for flat rate. Both pay monthly. CJ does EFT and Fast Click will deposit via Paypal. We have good experience with both.

Hi,

I've *just* started with Casale, and I am ramping up slowly while I get to understand what works and what doesn't.

But so far everything is peachy, they've been very helpful, and the default stats console is good and has a few things that G would do well to adopt, eg earnings by hour of day!

How's the advertisers quality?

One thing i didn’t like about fast click are all the spyware pushers i have to block all the time.

Hi,

I have seen some of the "free iPod if you kill the spider" boring ads, but they seem to get high CTR so *someone* likes them!

No bad ads yet, and some from big names, including G!

I actualy don't recommend any of them, however I do use Tribal Fusion. Nobody pays well (fair) in my opinion.

I've applied for fastclick, but they turned me down because the site I applied for is a forum I guess. Are accounts there given to a single site or what?

Anyhow, thanks for letting me know about Casale, I just applied, and waiting for their approval. Wish me luck please. Are they CPM ads only?
if so, it will be perfect for my forum, whose members rarely click on ads :(
I'll appreciate any extra info on Casale, like how much is the average CPM.

I've been in Casale over an year and made 1000s of $ a month before I redesigned my site and went back to AS. Yes they're only CPM ads. They have 70% revenue share to publishers. I'm also a part of AdTegrity, and what's great about them is that they fill 100% of your inventory.

To maximize each ad space I have I always first try Google with a channel, if the eCPM results in lower than what I make from Casale I replace. So every ad makes the highest possible revenue. I have also made Google default to Casale, and Casale default to AdTegrity, so no impressions are ever "wasted".

While Google makes 4/5 of my income, the 1/5 with my numbers from Casale and Adtegrity still generate over 1000$ a month.

Some info about Casale. They have excellent campaign tools and you can remove any individual campaign you choose. Pops you can cap to anything between 12 hours to one month. Auto approval can be set based on ad categories (like gambling, dating, political, etc) and/or by minimum eCPM for each ad type.

Right now when I look at my campaign manager I have over 100 campaigns booked for each ad type. I don't know if I can disclose CPM rates so I won't, but they're in my opinion excellent for banner ads.

Payment has been on time always, 30 days after month. Support is good, although it's a bit slowish (takes a few days to get answers sometimes).

ThanksThez for the excellent info. One thing I didnt catch:

because English is my second language, I didn't understand whats 'pops you can cap'.

sallam: it means that a pop is displayed to only one users in a certain amount of time, such as, "I have a 12 hour cap on my pop-ups." This would mean a pop up is displayed to a unique user every 12 hours.

I heard tribal fusion was the best for CPM rates, to bad they won't accept me, although i meet all the publisher requirements.
