I would like to start running my ads without frames as a way of blending in the ads on my site. Can anyone tell me how it is done without having to break the TOS

If you truly mean "frames" and not borders then there is no issue, in fact most sites are this way.
Have a feeling you are referring to borders around the ads. Again not an issue...go to pallete selection in your account and set border to background color. This is not against the TOS.
