Banned for Somthing Other Than Click Fraud?

We run a clean ship, but all these banned posts make me nervous anyway. It seems most people who are banned are done so because of click fraud or what Google perceives to be click fraud. Has anyone been banned for any other reason?

yes, especially in the last weeks there have been quite a few accounts banned because they were "connected" with another banned account.

Also, I have read that you can be banned because of a DMCA against you, but I have nevere seen a first-person account of that.

"Click fraud" seems to cover most of the possible violations of the agreement. It's click fraud if you click your own ads. It's click fraud if you have text on your site telling people to click your ads. It's click fraud if you buy bad traffic. And so on. It's a very broad term, which confuses some people, I've noticed.

Sensitive content. I remember someone had something gun-related. Not actual guns. Someone else was promoting warez. Don't remember the details--they were both cases where the area was mentioned in the TOS, but the bannees felt they were on one the side of acceptability, and AdSense obviously didn't.

I've never heard of someone being banned for having a scraper site per se....

I remember someone on a different forum saying they got canned for having a ton of made for adsense sites. They weren't scraper, but they were about as spammy as "blue north carolina widgets" sites can get.
