Must be your firm's name?

I plan to incorporate very soon into an foreign LLC company in the United States.
I wonder if I must reopen a new account under the firm's name, or could I just receive the checks under my own name and deposit them in the firm's bank account.
Anyone has make this movement? (Adsense already told I can't just change the name, but I must open a new one if I ever wanted to change the name)

I have very good EPC and I think I don't suffer smart pricing at all, so I'm afraid to open a new account and lose any good things earned. I'd prefer to keep the same account, but I don't know what people usually do or what is the correct thing to do in this case.

not sure of the legal issues if you keep it in your name but deposit into your company account. I'm doing that now but need to change just in case...

ooh, really, you're doing so, mmh, well I suspect many people does that, I still wonder whether that's legal or not from an IRS point of view.

yeah it is a pain, you need to reapply for other stuff too such as an address change from one country to another - in Google's world people never move country!

You may find that you experience certain difficulties at your bank if you try and deposit a check made out to one name into an account in a different name. This is certainly the case in Australia when banks wont allow this type of deposit.

Its unusual that they wont change the payee name - I have an Adsense account in a company name and used to get checks made out to the company.

I then requested that they change the payee to a family trust and they changed it straight over - I didnt have to close the account and open a new one.
