Is subdomain a Google E-E-A-T hack, especially for YMYL websites?

Could subdomains serve as a workaround for Google's E-E-A-T evaluation, especially for YMYL websites? Google's Search Quality Evaluator Guidelines indicate that assessments primarily focus on individual pages. Since reviewing every page is impractical, evaluations of a subset may influence the overall domain-level rating. Given Google's stricter criteria for YMYL websites—where many may receive lower E-E-A-T ratings—does this mean website with extensive subdomain pages can effectively circumvent domain-level E-E-A-T evaluation?
