Why Search Console is showing more clicks?

Hello,

I have noticed a strange issue with the Search Console reporting. The Search Console reports that my Google search clicks have been improving since August 15th, but in Analytics or StatCounter, I am still not seeing any improvement in traffic. I am getting almost the same daily traffic as I did before August 15th. Also, the Search Console is showing more daily clicks than my actual traffic. I am also getting direct traffic and a good amount of traffic from other search engines like Bing, Yahoo, MSN, etc. So why is my actual traffic still so low?

Hi jamesalan and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

GSC is not reporting on the same data as StatCounter and Analytics. The GSC information is showing the number of times your site was included in Google's search results and shows you what traffic that was shown results with your site included brought a visitor to your site. StatCounter is counting all traffic from any source (including bots) that visited your site. The numbers cannot possibly agree.

Your GSC numbers show that your traffic is improving based on what it measures and you can see that it starts improving around Aug. 15th.
