Google Traffic Decline - Support Group
It is quite demoralizing to get hit with high google traffic decline after so much hard work put into our sites.
So this discussion is to keep track of things, give pointers for improvement as well as to encourage each other as we sail this rough sea of SEO & Google.

Hi Bloggerist and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

We do have a thread where such observations are shared, day after day and month after month, actually a new thread every month where we share such observations: [webmasterworld.com...]

I see that you have found that thread and have posted there. Did it not meet your needs, or is there something different in this thread?

as we sail this rough sea of SEO & Google.

IMHO this is not an SEO issue but more a combination of new and altered Google manipulations and tests towards its classified ads site which, I feel, is more or less now completed.

The changed layout is one, the increase in the quantity of ads is another, its seeming acceptance of huge amounts of AI created spam is astonishing in some sectors and it has to be asked if this is out of G's control and can G rein it back in or not?

So long as the overwhelming majority of peopel continue to use G with zero damage to its bottom line, do not expect any changes whatsoever. That's the reality whether we like it or not.

RedBar speaks the truth. The irony to this all, at least for me, is that if we create duplicate content or use too many "guest bloggers" ect... we get slammed to the curb. Yet AI writing, oh well now thats just so super cool it has to be allowed no matter how much damage it causes to real world people in their lives. So much for original self authored content LOL!

Hey robots are next. We will all sit at home watching tv and it will look like the movie Walle.
