Google is choking SEO, and I believe this is a fact.

Is Google gradually replacing traditional organic search results with more rich media panels and advertising content on the SERP? Currently, it seems that the top portion is dominated by Ads, PPA, organic product displays, and explore brands, making it necessary to search carefully to discover the first organic result, let alone the click-through rates for other positions. Google is choking SEO, and I believe this is a fact.

The "traditional organic search results" has not been a thing for over ten years now.
Google's been adding knowledge panels, carousels, featured snippets for over a decade.

So, what all SEOs should have been doing for the past 10+ years is researchring what it takes to become eligible for every kind of featured listing, and all the different search surfaces, like Google Discover, and get in there. Search is no longer one thing, ,search is a lot of things, including Discover. And every single search surface sends more hyper-relevant traffic to a website.
