Website linked to several spam websites, is this of concern?

Hi! My website is linked to several spammy websites (which I mean, are sites with a page that link many websites in one article). But most of these spam sites only have 1 link from my website.
For example:
Spam website #1 linked 1 page from my website.
Spam website #2 linked 3 pages from my website.
Spam website #3 linked 1 page also from my website.

Is this of concern? Do I need to disavow all of these? Thanks in advance.

Just ignore. I have several 1000s of spammy sites backlinking to me. It may be problem at that point, but "several spammy websites" is probably no issue at all.

Check your site logs to see if the links are actually happening on a regular basis as 200. Look to see if there is a country/topic pattern in referer (sic). Deny in .htaccess as appropriate. You will then, after implementation get a 403 in your logs for that entry which indicates success in denying ...

The disavow tool in g can also work, just not as immediate...

OTOH ... these kind of bad links are not generally persistent and eventually go away on their own.
