Hi
I have designed two types of internal linking strategies.
Which one is suitable for the landing page?
Which performance is better for the landing page?
Please explain the reasons for the choice.
Please look at the photo: [goo.gl...]

You shouldn't use nofollow for internal links.

Where is the traffic to the "landing page" coming from?

Normally you should have links to all the blog posts, or categories of blog posts, from every page

Isn't strategy 2 essentially just like any other blog, which links out to blog posts which in return link back? Either strategy is nothing special and unlikely to make much of a difference to your rankings. What you want to be doing is ensuring any pages on your site which have links from external sites are linking to your landing page, as that's where the benefit of internal linking comes into play.
