Disavow tool can remove completely your site links from other sites.

For example:
http://www.spamdomain2.com/contentA.html

In the above link whether Google won't consider this link as a backlink of my website or they will remove this link permanently from my google webmaster tools after I submitted for Disavow.

No, it essentially means the link is treated as nofollow (according to Google). It will not disappear from WMT as nofollow links are also listed there.

Yep, what n00b1 said. See John Mueller's Google hangout of October 21st [youtube.com].

Hat tip Marie Haynes [webmasterworld.com].

Then what's the proof whether its considered by Google as a no follow or else shall I get any email from Google after Disavow ed through Google Webmaster Tool?

welcome to WebmasterWorld, sekarsundaram!

as far as i know, there is no proof of nofollow.
you should note that the "nofollow" won't be effective until some time after googlebot crawls a url and sees the disavow of that url or domain.
therefore if googlebot has NOT crawled a url (check your server access log files) linking to your site since it's been disavowed, it is still a "followed" link.
