Just did a Google search for their latest SEO guidelines. Here's the URL I got (obviously with "http://" in front):

static.googleusercontent.com/external_content/untrusted_dlcp/www.google.com/en//webmasters/docs/search-engine-optimization-starter-guide.pdf

Anybody know what the "/untrusted_dlcp/ means?

I would think of it more as meaning "unverified" content, rather than "suspect".
