Twitter Showing up on Google SERPS for one letter searches

I accidentally Google the letter B and noticed twitter ranks very well even better than Wikipedia.

Then I tried letters S, Y and ... and found the same results.

Anyone noticed better ranking on their twitter accounts?

Funny you should mention it - yes, Twitter profile names do seem to be ranking better.
