I also filed a request to Google this morning.
I think it is probably an error since my website is totally clean and stopbadware.org is reporting it so.
How long does Google take to remove the warning?

One thread [webmasterworld.com] here reported three days for the entire process, from noticing the problem through fixing the problem, sending the request to Google and seeing the notice removed. That case was a true positive for malware, by the way, and Google removed the notice while the decision from stopbadware.org was still pending.
From my experience as well, Google is very speedy about this.
