I innocently advertised a domain I no longer maintain saying it had a Google PR of 3 and a few days later was emailed by Ebay saying that had received a written notice of copyright infringement and had taken it down, warning me i could be banned if i did it again (even though they didn't exactly say who/what/how i infringed!).
It couldn't have been the domain name as it was just a couple of crap keywords with no relevance to any brand or anything.
Hmmm, there we go :)
