are there military implications of Dugans joining Google and Facebook?

After four years, Ms. Dugan leaves Google ATAP for Facebook's Building 8 R& D team. Does it bother you that the former head of a military organization like DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is moving between these public sector social giants? Remove tin foil hats before commenting.

I'm not overly concerned about that aspect, samwest.
Clearly, it's the skills and forward thinking that a development division requires if it's to innovate. Facebook has deep pockets right now so it's a good thing to innovate.
