No doubt your Google wearable devices, and perhaps others, will send back data to Google for consumption. What's more important is what's done with the data.

Google is planning to launch a new health service called Google Fit to collect and aggregate data from popular fitness trackers and health-related apps, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the company’s plans. It will launch the service at the Google I/O conference for developers, being held on June 25 and 26.Report: Google Plans "Google Fit" Health Monitoring Service [forbes.com]

Tell them you've got a headache and they'll send you a list of the ten biggest suppliers of artificial legs.

Can you sue them if their advice leads directly to your death?

I would imagine it to be a natural tie in to their new (as yet unannounced) health insurance plans..
