A very good non-vindictive no holds barred article telling it like it is:
"Google claims its 'mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.' You do an amazing job of this -- including making public much of what people would prefer be kept private -- except when the information is about Google." [y.ahoo.it...]

Yikes one doc alone is 94 pages. It's going to be a "scan for highlights" type of read for me, at least first time through.
