It seems to me that by rating online vendors with its star rating system on adwords but not within the organic listings, google is forcing vendors to buy adwords who might not otherwise need to do so, as well as provide Google with a product feed, as vistors are much more likely to click on a star rated vendor.
From my simplistic view this seems highly unfair.
But I wondered what the experts thought and whether Google is in breach of any laws US, European, UK etc?
