I think most of us would not have forgotten the fact that Google had accidentally marked the whole or most of the web as spam or virus infected due to human error.
Is this because Google has become too Big to handle for those who used to manage it?
Or has the main people who used to manage it moved to other products of Google leading to new people who are not as dedicated as the original ones?
Or is it that Google is so much famous that the smallest thing about it makes it to the headlines?
Or is it that Google is too much frank in admitting its mistakes.
I really did appreciate Google's frankness...... once when an error in YouTube remained for months together, when I sent them a feedback, they did accept that such an error did exist without their knowledge and they immediately rectified it. I think most companies do not have the guts to accept their mistake while Google acknowledged their problem.
Now are people criticizing it just because they admit to their mistakes openly while other companies just do not accept it openly?
