Looks like not that many people are expecting it to do well.

The way it could be interpreted also is that more than half expects it to close higher than the IPO price.

Also there are a lot of people out there that because of one reason or another did not participate in the IPO {non US or non internet people} The comments at the office from a couple of people that saw me reading this board was that "I should have told them this was happening", one of them knew it was happening, but did not have a bidder's id. He was thinking of placing a bid but could not.

I might be wrong and very probably am wrong, but I see more demand than people wanting to unload. They say you should only invest in stocks if you can afford to lose the money. This is really true when it comes to this transaction.
