Google has signed a deal to build a series of research and development offices at a Nasa lab in Silicon Valley.

The search giant will lease 1.2 million square feet of office space at Nasa's Ames Research Center in Google's home town of Mountain View, California.

The 40-year lease will include a $3.2m annual payment from Google which will be adjusted according to market rates.

...and they secured the landing rights for their 767s, for $1.3mm annually. Overall, this seems to be a good deal for the super-rich Googlers.

I also read that Google will pay along with annual money the cost of transporting NASA research equipments at other places too in the contract period....it will be great deal for both of those.

Does Google own any satellites yet? Wonder when Google Earth will go real time.

Wonder when Google Earth will go real time.

I doubt that.

I think we need to send a monthly mail to Larry and Sergey on how to spend uncontrollable money flow :).
