I love this one - at the very least it could mean online storage costs on SF could be eliminated

Salesforce has integrated Google's online productivity applications with its on-demand CRM (customer relationship management) offerings, Salesforce plans to announce Monday.

The deal, which was the subject of rumors recently, heightens an existing partnership between the companies, marked in part by their pact to plug Google's AdWords service into Salesforce.

Don't count on it.

Sounds like a good solution to solve the current CRM issues of gmail. Salesforce is $65/mth per user, no minimum number of users.

Is it time to get rid of Outlook & MS Exchange? Hmmm...

We started using everything but Gmail today. The integration is great. We're already contemplating switching our instant messaging to GTalk and the possibility of swapping out exchange with Gmail.

There is a lot to be investigated before making such a huge switch, but it definitely has our attention.
