Google stubbornly refused to listen to my advice

and now it looks as if Plaxo will not be theirs

I always wanted Google to take over Plaxo, fix a few things up, and give me a contact manager for life - now according to TechCrunch, apparantly Plaxo is 'in play' with xing circling about with a fist full of money.

I never trusted Plaxo. Now they are selling the company, what are they REALLY selling? Personal data which I expect would be illegal to sell in the EU at least.
