The general counsel of Google Inc. has been notified that the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will recommend a civil injunction against [David Drummond] for purported violations of securities laws, the company said Monday.

It is interesting, but I don't see any immediate impact on Google. They should have picked squeaky clean, but that is hard to do in today's environment!

I'm sure this one will be swept under the carpet and we will all proceed as planned :)
