It seems e-mails sent from one of my sites end up in the Gmail SPAM filters. One of my members brought this to my attention when she was going through her SPAM filter mails. I only send e-mails to my members who either completed a purchase on my site and requested to be included within the customer newsletters. I checked my server status, and my server is not in any blacklists. Does anyone know how to get your e-mails unblocked through Gmail?

Firstly, make sure that you always use the "Not Spam" button whenever it happens to provide training information to their spam filters.

However, more importantly is to check that the email that is being sent by your server has all the proper headers in place. The following 2 threads have various snippets of PHP code for generating email that is less likely to be marked as SPAM. Even if you're not using PHP you can still look at the headers being generated by your server to see if there is anything you can do....
