Came in today as MSRBOT from 209.133.64.219

It visited me today from 209.133.64.210. This IP Address belongs to Abovenet Communications, Inc.

I got this one form 209.133.64.215. Is it related to MSNbot anyhow? If I disallow it will I be fine?
