Quick robots.txt question

Do I just need to put the file name

[bateman_ap]

Hi, suppose I have some files that I am using to redirect to count click through
ie
clickthrough_page.asp?id=2695
and this goes to the main page, google etc are indexing the clickthrough_page.asp?id=2695 and not product2695.asp as I want it to.

What should I put in robots.txt to stop it indexing the clickthrough_page.asp?
